Research Abstract
In this 326,075-tick (~905 simulated years) continuous simulation experiment, we investigated the long-term evolutionary, cognitive, and social dynamics of synthetic agent populations subjected to a severe physiological stressor: a 200× reduction in bodily injury healing rate (healing_speed_multiplier = 200.0) under high resource scarcity (scarcity = 3.0). Across 38 generations and 3,042 cumulative births, the population exhibited an evolutionary trajectory characterized by extreme behavioral conservatism, culminating in a 100% single-lineage monopoly by Year 600.
